We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. Items that are out of stock, custom-made, or pre-sale may take 30-60 days to prepare.

Shipping Costs  

The minimum requirement for wholesale orders is $800 USD, meaning all orders over $800 USD will qualify for free shipping. For other amounts, the exact shipping cost will be provided at checkout.

Tracking Information  

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and obtain real-time updates on its whereabouts. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please double-check your junk/spam or promotions folder.

Delivery Address  

It is crucial to provide an accurate and complete delivery address during the checkout process. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes; please provide a street address for delivery.
